Serves as the main point of contact for construction system buyers, managing both sales and rental activities to ensure customer satisfaction
Actively prospects within an assigned territory to identify and prioritize potential clients and projects
Manages a sales pipeline using internal CRM tools and works with leadership to allocate resources effectively
Prepares cost estimates based on internal pricing structures, develops customized presentations, and delivers proposals that address client needs while demonstrating cost-effective solutions
Finalizes orders using standard contractual documentation and ensures all necessary paperwork is completed for processing
Collaborates with internal teams to meet client expectations and maintain strong relationships
Supports follow-up on payment collections to meet account receivable targets
Stays updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities, and develops strategies to expand business with new and existing clients
Participates in training, industry events, and other assigned projects as needed to support professional development and company initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in construction/ civil engineering or equivalent
Have good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Able to perform effectively under pressure, make sound decisions, and handle sensitive information with discretion
