Job Description:

Responsible for managing residential conference sales, building relationships with new and existing guests, leading the sales team to exceed expectations, and driving key luxury segments. The job also involves implementing sales strategies and maintaining legendary service standards at The Ritz-Carlton.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve property’s objectives whilst consistently analyzing market information
  • Supporting the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving guest loyalty by creating unforgettable memories through each guest experience
  • Using negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
  • Building and strengthening relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting legendary service and enabling future bookings
  • Ensuring you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required managerial tasks promptly and thoroughly
  • Leading the sales team to provide quality service and exceed guest expectations
  • Being an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to your department’s team
  • Planning and executing team building activities for associates

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar managerial role
