Job Description:

Hiring for a Manufacturing Company as a Sales Manager in Mumbai. Candidates will be responsible for order processing, lead review, customer communication, business development, coordinating with partners, organizing seminars and trade shows, and interacting with various Government Bodies including local agents.

Job Responsibility:

Order Processing including Info sheet-related work till commissioning
review assigned leads and work on them until materialized or order is received
finding and engaging new dealers and sub-dealers
organizing or attending seminars quarterly for architects, consultants, contractors, and other business groups
participating in virtual and direct trade shows
making presentations and interacting with Government Bodies and other related groups
communication with customers, dealers, and sub-dealers on assigned leads and providing status updates weekly
coordinating with service manager on AMC business aspects such as scheduling, report submission, inventory management, invoice submission, and payment follow-up
identifying and planning branding opportunities in major showrooms and shops
collaborating with sales coordinators and preparing reports
training and problem-solving with existing dealers
coordinating with sales partners or channel partners on dispatch and post-sales processes.

Requirements:

BTech
experience of 12+ years
excellent presentation and communication skills
ability to build rapport with Government Bodies, local agents, and business stakeholders
ability to find new dealers and sub-dealers to develop business
ability to plan and organize seminars
experience in making presentations for and interacting with major architects, consultants, and contractors
ability to identify and plan branding in major plumbing and hardware showrooms
communication skills for prospective customers, dealers, and sub-dealers.
