We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Manager with deep experience in Lending and/or Supply Chain Finance SaaS solutions. The role is focused on acquiring new enterprise clients, driving consultative sales engagements, and accelerating revenue growth within Banks, NBFCs, and FinTech organizations. The ideal candidate combines domain expertise in digital lending or trade finance with a strong ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and close strategic deals.
Job Responsibility
Revenue Generation & Pipeline Development
Own and deliver assigned revenue targets across Lending and Supply Chain Finance segments
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals
Manage full sales lifecycle: lead qualification, discovery, solution presentation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure
Enterprise Engagement
Own executive-level relationships and lead strategic conversations aligned to growth, risk governance, and digital transformation agendas
Position solutions as business enablers that deliver scalable lending operations, stronger portfolio control, and technology-driven efficiency
Understand client business models, credit processes, vendor/dealer financing workflows, and compliance requirements
Translate business challenges into tailored SaaS solution proposals
Strategic Account Planning
Develop account strategies for priority institutions
Identify multi-product selling opportunities across origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections
Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives within existing client portfolios
Commercial Structuring & Negotiation
Lead pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization
Ensure deal structures align with profitability and long-term client value
Maintain strong forecast discipline and reporting accuracy
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
Work closely with Pre-Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to design compelling solution offerings
Provide structured market feedback to influence product enhancements
Support go-to-market initiatives, industry events, and thought leadership activities
Requirements
7–12 years of enterprise sales experience, with significant exposure to Lending or Supply Chain Finance SaaS products
Strong knowledge of: Digital loan origination and loan servicing platforms
Working capital finance and dealer/vendor financing
Credit risk, underwriting, and collections workflows
Demonstrated success in closing mid-to-large enterprise SaaS deals
Experience selling into Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, or FinTech companies
Strong business acumen and ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-growth environment
