Job Responsibility:
Own and manage key ToC accounts in Japan, including retailers and platform partners
Lead commercial negotiations, annual planning, and contract execution with KA partners
Collaborate with Marketing, DTC, and Marketplace teams on channel-specific strategies
Monitor sales performance, inventory, and execution quality across KA channels
Contribute to building scalable and repeatable KA sales frameworks for Japan
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Key Accounts in consumer or retail-related industries
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of consumer sales channels and go-to-market strategies
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions
Experience working in fast-growing or cross-functional environments
