Job Responsibility:
Lead and secure the commercial action plan for the store, maximise sales and generate sustained long-term profitability to ensure the store is a leading omnichannel retailer in the market
Secure a consistent, seamless and positive customer experience through all touchpoints and channels
Analyse the market potential and actively collaborate with stakeholders within and outside of the commercial function to ensure the store is performing optimally and maintaining local relevance through all sales channels
Measure, secure and follow up on sales performance by using data and insights to deliver on business goals and KPI's
Secure successful implementation of country priorities and the sharing and implementing of good solutions
Secure succession planning and competent high-performing teams who are empowered to actively contribute to the commercial agenda, business goals and delivering an excellent customer shopping experience
Requirements:
Previous sales or customer service experience at IKEA highly regarded
Passionate and driven to lead the commercial agenda by optimising the shopping experience to secure customer satisfaction, increased sales and profitability
Strategic, tactical and operationally minded identifying commercial opportunities to contribute to IKEA's growth through understanding customer, competitor and market behaviour
An experienced leader with strong commercial background and leading large teams to achieve business growth and goals
Able to influence and steer the business through leading the commercial agenda in collaboration with commercial partners to deliver business goals
