We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives (AEs). You’ll coach, execute, and own revenue delivery, ensuring that every account executive consistently exceeds quota while building a culture of accountability and excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for a player-coach who thrives on pipeline creation, deal strategy, and coaching. Job Responsibility:
Lead, mentor, and develop AEs covering mid-market and enterprise accounts (brands and agencies)
Run weekly pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and 1:1s
Create a culture of disciplined execution, continuous learning, and transparency
Own the team’s bookings number
deliver consistent attainment across the AEs team
Partner with marketing to drive top-of-funnel pipeline generation
Collaborate closely with the Founders on forecasting, pricing, and GTM strategy
Define and refine sales processes, qualification frameworks (MEDDIC/BANT), and pipeline hygiene
