We are looking for a Sales Manager located in Oklahoma City, OK who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute strategies to increase and reach long and short-term sales plans for stone surfacing products within the territory
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
Ensure customers have adequate marketing materials to support sales
Manage customer relationships by resolving client concerns
Increase market share by elevating the number of displays and point-of-purchase materials
Manage account reports, own sales budget, and maintain discipline to stay within assigned budgets
Assist with corporate account rollout programs on a regional basis as needed
Coordinate and promote Cosentino surfacing products with Universities and Associations
Actively represent and promote Cosentino to the community in commercial construction & building industry
Develop, establish, and grow relationships with all builders, architects, designers, fabricators, general contractors, developers, and property managers
Manage the sales development of Cosentino surfacing products
Commit to continual learning and knowledge of Cosentino Surfacing Products
Work with General Manager and Sales Team to execute business strategy
Evaluate, negotiate, close, and execute contracts/agreements for materials, installation, and services, as well as the sales positioning in model homes, design centers and showrooms
Requirements:
4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience
2+ years of commercial, Builder & K&B sales experience
Communication: Oral & Written
Capacity to develop workshops or industry-related events
Computer skills: Office Suite, CRM system (i.e. Salesforce)
High School / GED
Nice to have:
Stone fabrication or distribution experience
Experience with Customer database - Salesforce preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
