Join our Sales team as a Sales Manager, where you will lead, coach, and elevate a team of Account Executives while shaping RentVision’s sales motion for scalable growth.
Job Responsibility:
Hire, onboard, coach, and develop Account Executives
Establish and maintain RentVision’s sales process (discovery, demo, proposal, close)
Own pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and revenue attainment
Monitor and improve key sales metrics such as conversion rates, sales cycle length, win rates, and average deal size
Partner closely with Client Success on expansion strategy and deal support
Partner with Marketing on lead quality, ICP alignment, and campaign feedback
Ensure strong CRM hygiene and reporting discipline across the team
Support strategic, high-value, or complex deals as needed
Continuously refine sales motions as the business scales
Partner with Marketing, Client Success, and other stakeholders to continuously refine ICP
Engage directly with prospective clients as needed to support high-value opportunities, model effective sales behaviors, and strengthen executive-level relationships
Requirements:
People leadership experience: demonstrated success hiring, coaching, and developing sales talent to achieve team-level results
Strong understanding of the B2B sales process: ability to build, refine, and operationalize a repeatable sales motion
Expertise in forecasting and pipeline management: accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline oversight
Experience using CRM tools to drive accountability: ensures consistent reporting standards and high-quality data
Ability to partner cross-functionally: strong collaboration with Marketing, Client Success, and Revenue Operations
Nice to have:
Experience leading a SaaS or recurring revenue sales team
Background in sales enablement or process design
Experience supporting strategic or enterprise-level deals
Familiarity with ICP definition and refinement
Experience working with marketing-generated pipeline
