We’re looking for a Vietnamese Sales Manager to drive SmartOSC’s business expansion in Korea. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new strategic accounts with multi-million-dollar potential. You’ll work directly with the SmartOSC CEO to strengthen SmartOSC’s presence across Korea market, building and maintaining trusted relationships with C-level executives at leading enterprises. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy position for a proven sales leader who excels at closing complex, large-scale deals in the IT and digital transformation space.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and close deals with enterprise clients through strategic partnerships, proactive prospecting, and high-level networking
Develop and execute strategic account acquisition plans, targeting C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers
Build long-term client partnerships by deeply understanding their business goals and aligning SmartOSC’s solutions to deliver real impact
Partner with delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth handovers and successful project kick-offs post-sale
Represent SmartOSC at business events, conferences, and executive networking forums
Recruit, mentor, and develop team members to maximize their performance and professional growth
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in Korea
Proven track record of securing large-scale enterprise deals valued in the multi-million-dollar range
Exceptional strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage and grow C-level relationships (CXO/Executives)
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Korean
Plus: Experience in the IT industry is a strong advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
MBA preferred
