Brook Street Recruitment is working in behalf of our Bekfst client who are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join their fast-paced, growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong B2B sales professional with financial services /acumen who thrives in a target-driven environment.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Drive new business development within a B2B environment
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value deals
Provide guidance on financial solutions, including mortgages and banking products
Maintain accurate records and pipeline management using CRM systems
Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent client outcomes
Requirements:
Proven B2B sales experience within a fast-paced environment
Strong financial awareness (experience in banking, mortgages, or similar preferred)
Previous experience leading and motivating a sales team
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
Target-driven with a track record of exceeding sales goals
CRM proficient
Experience in insolvency or debt solutions is advantageous

What we offer:
£40,000 basic salary
£70,000 OTE
4-day working week available after successful probation
