Brook Street Recruitment is working in behalf of our Bekfst client who are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join their fast-paced, growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong B2B sales professional with financial services /acumen who thrives in a target-driven environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Drive new business development within a B2B environment
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value deals
  • Provide guidance on financial solutions, including mortgages and banking products
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline management using CRM systems
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent client outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong financial awareness (experience in banking, mortgages, or similar preferred)
  • Previous experience leading and motivating a sales team
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with a track record of exceeding sales goals
  • CRM proficient
  • Experience in insolvency or debt solutions is advantageous
