A well-established property developer is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive their in-house sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in property sales, team management, and strategy planning, looking to join a growing developer with exciting upcoming projects.
Job Responsibility:
Direct and own the entire sales cycle for assigned projects, ensuring the achievement of ambitious sales targets and revenue goals
Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities, developing strategic marketing and sales plans to substantially accelerate business growth
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, focusing on coaching and performance management to guarantee efficient operations and consistent target over achievement
Implement and strictly enforce company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and all regulatory requirements specific to property development
Strategise, plan, and execute high-impact sales and marketing initiatives, closely monitoring campaign effectiveness and optimising performance
Conduct comprehensive market research and trend analysis to inform competitive project positioning, accurate pricing, and the development of compelling product differentiators
Oversee and manage all sales-related events, including project launches, advertising campaigns, and public relations activities
Ensure the timely and accurate preparation, analysis, and maintenance of all critical sales reports and data
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience successfully managing and leading a sales team
A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate Management, or a relevant field is required
Must possess relevant experience from a Property Development or Real Estate company
Demonstrable strong knowledge and proven experience in strategic sales management and coordination
