Job Description:

Digital plus solutions is a very hard-working and dedicated custom software development and telecom solution provider, which employs expert talent in technology to provide solutions to all types of industries, from small to big.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and deliver on business objectives
Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management (CRM)
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to build strong client relationships
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess sales data and market trends, translating insights into actionable strategies
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads, tracking performance, and reporting
Familiarity with digital sales strategies, such as social selling, email marketing, and online lead generation
