We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with expertise in ERP software sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth in the Hyderabad region.
Job Responsibility:
Generate and qualify leads to build a robust and healthy sales pipeline
Manage the full sales lifecycle independently—from demo to proposal, negotiation, and final closure
Should have prior experience handling clients in the Hyderabad region
Demonstrate strong knowledge of technology with excellent communication skills
Proven track record in closing deals worth ₹20 Lakhs and above, and consistently achieving or exceeding annual sales targets of ₹3 Crores or more
Experience in selling both on-premise (Enterprise) and SaaS-based software solutions
Deliver impactful product presentations and software demonstrations to prospective clients
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
Provide daily sales updates and reports to the leadership team
Exhibit strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to drive business results
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology
7 to 12 years of hands-on experience in enterprise sales management
