Sales Manager

• Design and execute a thorough sales plan to meet sales targets and expand market presence in the MRO industry, with a focus on Automotive, Semiconductor, and Electronics Manufacturing sectors
• Foster and maintain strong connections with key clients and stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends, monitor competitor actions, and gather customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
• Develop and manage sales projections, budgets, and performance reports
• Partner with marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall business goals
• Lead negotiations and finalize significant contracts
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales success and drive continuous improvement

• Strong understanding of products and the procurement process within the MRO industry
• Broad experience in selling industrial automation equipment or chemicals for manufacturing facilities
• Familiarity with the manufacturing sector, particularly in vehicle assembly, automotive parts production, or semiconductor fabrication, is a plus
