This role is fully field based, with the Sales Manager travelling in their region using a van to acquire new dealers and make product demonstrations. Succeeding in this role requires extensive travelling and overnight in hotels.
Job Responsibility:
Organise your weeks around finding and meeting new potential dealers
Get out in the field, make visits, demonstrate the products, and close deals
Developing new business and gaining a foothold in the market
Building a dealer network for portable industrial coolers and heaters
Establishing and maintaining customer relationships and actively acquiring new customers
Supporting your dealers by sales & technical training
Growing product sales in line with set targets
Taking part to exhibitions
Requirements:
Ability to work autonomously and manage your responsibilities effectively
A passion for sales and achieving results - willingness to walk the extra mile for the top results
Fluent in Turkish to communicate effectively with dealers and customers
Basic English skills sufficient to communicate with internal stakeholders
Established contacts in the industry for a fast start
