Job Description

This role is fully field based, with the Sales Manager travelling in their region using a van to acquire new dealers and make product demonstrations. Succeeding in this role requires extensive travelling and overnight in hotels.

Job Responsibility

  • Organise your weeks around finding and meeting new potential dealers
  • Get out in the field, make visits, demonstrate the products, and close deals
  • Developing new business and gaining a foothold in the market
  • Building a dealer network for portable industrial coolers and heaters
  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships and actively acquiring new customers
  • Supporting your dealers by sales & technical training
  • Growing product sales in line with set targets
  • Taking part to exhibitions

Requirements

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your responsibilities effectively
  • A passion for sales and achieving results - willingness to walk the extra mile for the top results
  • Fluent in Turkish to communicate effectively with dealers and customers
  • Basic English skills sufficient to communicate with internal stakeholders
  • Established contacts in the industry for a fast start
