You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for a SaaS portfolio (e-invoicing). You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape sales strategies, deliver impactful product demonstrations, and negotiate successful contracts.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, target, and secure new accounts while driving sales across the full product portfolio
Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calls to qualify potential clients — with a true hunter mindset
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, particularly CFOs and Finance Directors
Deliver compelling SaaS product demos and presentations tailored to client needs
Act as a product owner within SCRUM, guiding Engineering throughout development and releases
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to create and implement effective sales strategies
Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and conferences, promoting our innovative fintech solutions
Participate in public tenders — identifying opportunities, preparing bids, and ensuring compliance with procurement procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or fintech environments
Proven track record in managing the full sales process and exceeding targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English (min B2+)
Strong understanding of Finance and Administration processes (Accounts Payable and Receivable experience is a plus)
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Odoo) – managing customer data, tracking sales activities, automating follow-ups, and optimizing the sales pipeline
