Sales Manager position in Vientiane, Laos, for Dahua Technology. The role involves managing channel partners, developing sales strategies, providing partner support, and driving sales performance in the technology and security industry.
Job Responsibility:
Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with channel partners and distributors
Analyze market and industry trends to develop effective channel sales strategies
Provide end-to-end support to partners, including sales, product, and basic technical assistance
Work closely with partners on product promotion, marketing campaigns, and service improvements
Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to support business decisions
Travel frequently to provinces and meet customers face-to-face to strengthen partnerships
Drive sales performance and achieve or exceed assigned targets
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in channel distribution, sales-out, or B2B sales
Experience in CCTV, security, electronics, IT, or technology-related industries is highly preferred
Experience working with distributors or brands such as VIVO, OPPO, Huawei, Samsung, Hikvision, Tiandy, or similar is a strong advantage
Good English communication skills are required
Chinese language skills are a big plus
Self-motivated, proactive, honest, fast learner, and results-driven
Strong presentation, training, and solution-selling skills
Basic knowledge of IT, networking, or CCTV technology is preferred
Fresh graduates from IT-related fields with strong learning ability and a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply
