Job Responsibility

  • Identify and develop opportunities for Bühler solutions
  • Maintain and expand customer base
  • Plan and execute sales visits to customers and prospects
  • Listen to customers, actively monitor assigned markets, report and provide feedback about market intelligence
  • Actively promote the Bühler portfolio of products and services
  • Plan, prepare and execute sales negotiations
  • Collect and maintain accurate information about accounts, contacts, sales leads and opportunities
  • Act more independently in the daily sales activities
  • Design basic sales strategies for the development of the assigned areas and markets
  • Set priorities to fully explore Bühler's competitive advantages
  • Establish a broad network within markets
  • Develop an understanding of customer decision process and criteria

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering / businees or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical sales and customer service, including experience in rice solutions, rice milling technologies, and food processing solutions.
