As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our sales team to achieve and exceed targets, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Job Responsibility:
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Plan and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the automotive market and customer needs
Manage day-to-day sales operations, including forecasting, reporting, and budgeting
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and aftersales teams to support integrated sales campaigns
Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to enhance team capabilities and performance
Handle escalated customer issues professionally and promptly
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales management role within the automotive or driving industry
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and managing successful sales teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of automotive products, market trends, and customer behaviours
Ability to analyse sales data and market information to inform decision-making
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
Full UK driving licence is essential
