Job Responsibility:
Lead and develop a team of sales professionals
Coach talent
Drive consultative sales
Drive cross-sell opportunities across software, SaaS, hardware, and services
Use data and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance and improve processes
Partner across departments to ensure aligned, effective execution
Communicate clearly during change and help maintain team engagement
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing, diverse sales team
Requirements:
5+ years managing successful outside sales teams
Experience with consultative selling
Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
