Job Responsibility

  • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals
  • Coach talent
  • Drive consultative sales
  • Drive cross-sell opportunities across software, SaaS, hardware, and services
  • Use data and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance and improve processes
  • Partner across departments to ensure aligned, effective execution
  • Communicate clearly during change and help maintain team engagement
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing, diverse sales team

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing successful outside sales teams
  • Experience with consultative selling
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
