Job Responsibility:

Facilitate contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with industry standards

Analyze market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in all sales and procurement activities
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within procurement, account management, or supply chain industries
Proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong book of clients and established business relationships
In-depth knowledge of corporate procurement processes, including purchase orders and contract negotiations
Familiarity with supply chain management, logistics, and eCommerce-driven industries
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive strategic decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience and skills will be considered
