About World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding. WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce. Typically, our working hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. However, please note that the hours may extend based on operational needs. We are seeking an individual who excels in both spoken and written English. You should be comfortable working with productivity monitoring systems.
Job Responsibility:
Take initiative to source and qualify borrowers, brokers, and referral partners through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and relationship cultivation
Design and implement strategies aimed at rapidly boosting monthly funding volumes and revenue via both Direct and Indirect sales channels
Provide insightful education to prospects regarding private lending products, their terms, and the qualification criteria
Lead, coach, and nurture the sales team in evolving from “order takers” to “proactive closers,” ensuring they meet KPIs and revenue benchmarks
Create, enhance, and manage a strong network of ISO brokers to foster solid partnerships and generate high volumes of leads
Oversee risk assessments and deal structuring, ensuring thorough stacking analysis, financial evaluations, and adherence to underwriting standards
Steer negotiations to closure, particularly in complex or challenging deal scenarios
Analyze sales performance metrics, track KPIs, and evaluate trends to refine strategies and maximize team outcomes
Collaborate seamlessly with underwriting, funding, and operations teams to facilitate smooth deal execution and bolster team objectives
Promote a dynamic, competitive, and results-oriented culture within the team while upholding ethical and professional standards
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics is preferred, but proven success in funding can also make a strong case for your candidacy
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in MCA lending, Non-QM Mortgage, or the alternative Business Finance sector
A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading a team of sales representatives while driving sales performance
Skilled in Sales and Cold calling
Showcase a robust track record of managing a growing portfolio with impressive monthly funding volumes
Experience in both 'Direct' (in-house leads) and 'Indirect' (ISO/Broker) channels is highly advantageous
Proven expertise in lead generation and excelling in broker/direct sales environments
A successful history of meeting sales targets and steering team KPIs is vital
Skilled in generating Broker/ISO leads and effectively directing them to Sales Teams
Must have a personal vehicle, laptop, and cellphone
We require a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is ready to hit the road and travel locally by car as required
Nice to have:
Experience in MCA and financial lending, especially in sales roles such as broker or account executive
Extensive understanding of lending products, pricing strategies, risk assessment, and core underwriting principles
Dynamic sales leadership style that emphasizes a collaborative "player-coach" philosophy
Demonstrated success in engaging with ISO/broker networks and sourcing merchants directly
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
