We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who has strong connections with enterprise clients, a consulting mindset, and the ability to close large-scale deals. Job Responsibility:
Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with enterprise clients (both mid-sized and large corporations)
Leverage your strong business network to generate qualified leads and close outsourcing project deals
Engage and work directly with C-level executives to present solutions, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts
Develop and deliver quotations, proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs
Act as a consultant to clients, nurturing relationships and providing the right solutions
Manage the full sales cycle, including project follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements
Requirements:
Proven track record in selling large outsourcing/IT service deals to enterprise clients
Strong network with corporate clients across industries
Experience in working with C-level executives
Excellent skills in proposal building, pitching, presenting, and negotiating
Consulting mindset with the ability to nurture client relationships long-term
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
experience working with international clients (US, EU, AU markets)
Mature, patient, and professional personality
