The Sales & Marketing Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Manager – International / Senior Sales Manager - MENA is responsible for ensuring a highly motivated Sales team that successfully achieve their operational objectives on budget and schedule. He / She must fulfill his responsibilities of a Senior Management Executive and operate in accordance with the Company’s Procedure, Policies, HSE Standards and IMS System.
Job Responsibility:
Achieving and substantiating the annual sales forecast, monitoring and identifying some Regional developments and competitors activities
Developing referrals and making contacts with potential customers in MENA region along with verifying the customer satisfaction to resolve any concerns
Presenting the products in front of clients (contractors, consultants, developers) and concentrating on specifying exclusively spraying technology in all infrastructure projects specification
Demonstrating the methodology of the field joint kit on site by showing the contractors the optimum solutions to get the satisfied quality along with inspection techniques
Achieving the company’s sales profit targets and tries to substantiate sales progressing
Developing & managing new business relationships with our dealers, alliance partners to promote existing and new world class proposition
Safe guarding the company’s interests & insuring maximum return of investment
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners
Co-ordinates with Sales Department to set priorities for programming Consultant visits to get company's guide specification accepted and used by the Consulting firm
