We are looking for a Sales Manager to join Sopra Steria Poland team for a new opportunities with clients in the aerospace sector. We are seeking Sales Manager to expand our client's activities globally and develop our opportunities within the Polish market. Your mission will be to identify strategic opportunities, open new directions, and build lasting relationships with key industrial customers.
Job Responsibility
Customer acquisition: Conduct market research to identify and acquire new customers in aeroline sector
Build and manage your own sales pipeline
Run outbound activities via Linkedin, email, networking and industry events
Lead consultative sales processes from first contact to closing
Plan and execute business trips and customer visits to maximize reach and impact
Present the solutions to potential business partners
Collect customer requirements and hand over qualified inquiries to the technical team
Prepare tailored offers and lead negotiations
As the role evolves- build new sales team
Business process modeling and optimization across the organization, global cooperation
Requirements
You have a degree in engineering or a technological discipline – or alternatively in economics or sales – and have already gained several years of professional experience in sales
Confident and professional manner, making you a valuable point of contact for our clients and an exemplary representative for our company at all times
Several years’ experience in the sales of services in the fields of aeronautics or IT consultancy
In-depth knowledge of enterprise software, processes and software solutions
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A proven track record of success in sales and new business development
An independent, structured approach to work and a high level of self-motivation
Fluency in Polish and English
