Job Responsibility:

Searching and Attracting new clients
Visiting customers Onsite and consulting them on relevant trade lanes and markets
Building and expanding long-term relationships with the existing Customers and new business
Cooperation with AsstrA across the globe
Development & Control of individual KPI targets - personal sales targets

Requirements:

Experience in B2B sales within an international logistics company
Exceptional problem solving, communicative skills
Proactivity and responsibility
A solid understanding of the logistics market, freight forwarding, and transportation
Strong negotiation and presentation skills that impress clients and close deals
Self-motivated, energetic, and always aiming for results
A passion for customer success and business development
