Job Responsibility:
Drive sustainable growth across HORECA, Bakery, and Catering segments by meeting sales volume and margin targets
Lead the end-to-end negotiation process for pricing, long-term contracts, and high-impact promotional agreements
Monitor account health and field execution rigorously to ensure all agreed-upon programs translate into market results
Requirements:
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage trade spend, pricing contracts, and ROI-driven promotions
At least 3 years of experience and understanding of the HORECA industry and protein-heavy sectors, including distributor management and professional kitchen needs
Proficiency in sales forecasting, performance tracking, and using data to drive channel planning and reporting
