Job Responsibility:
Drive Growth: Exceed sales targets within the Foodservice/HoReCa channel
Strategic Pricing: Collaborate with senior leadership to set pricing and analyze market trends to stay ahead of competitors
Relationship Management: Be the face of the company for key accounts, ensuring tailored solutions and long-term partnerships
Supply Chain Synergy: Work closely with Logistics and Commercial teams to ensure your clients never run out of stock
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
At least 5 years of experience in a sales/business development role, ideally within the foodservice or premium food industry, with a proven track record of hitting targets
Well-versed in various food product categories with a strong business sense
Negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
