The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a strong relationship exists between our onsite team and venue management as well as generating profitable revenue within the applicable venues. Job Responsibility
Build and maintain relationship with venue, brand and clients to ensure successful client relations and smooth running of all events
Educate and advise clients and venue staff alike on the most appropriate audio-visual equipment and the necessary crew to best meet their presentation needs and budget
Work with the venue to identify new business opportunities and develop a strategic approach to win business
Maximise profitable revenue and support the Director of Event Technology to achieve financial targets
To understand and work within parameters of agreed KPI’s for the venue
To constantly communicate with the venue team to ensure they understand the business’ direction and objectives
Requirements
Proven experience in event sales
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent relationship builder and customer service skills
Knowledge of Audio Visual Equipment
Excellent negotiating and relationship skills
