Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a strong relationship exists between our onsite team and venue management as well as generating profitable revenue within the applicable venues. Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain relationship with venue, brand and clients to ensure successful client relations and smooth running of all events
  • Educate and advise clients and venue staff alike on the most appropriate audio-visual equipment and the necessary crew to best meet their presentation needs and budget
  • Work with the venue to identify new business opportunities and develop a strategic approach to win business
  • Maximise profitable revenue and support the Director of Event Technology to achieve financial targets
  • To understand and work within parameters of agreed KPI’s for the venue
  • To constantly communicate with the venue team to ensure they understand the business’ direction and objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event sales
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent relationship builder and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Audio Visual Equipment
  • Excellent negotiating and relationship skills
