Blis is looking for a driven and energetic salesperson on a 12 month permanent contract role to join our team, based in Sydney and reporting to the Regional Director - ANZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience within the Sydney market, a strong contact list and hold existing relationships with the major agency groups and clients. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the advertising market and the role of omnichannel solutions in a media mix. The most important aspects of this role is to cover an existing portfolio of agencies to source significant levels of new revenue, create campaign winning solutions, develop strong client relationships, manage strong forward pipeline and deliver the highly professional service for which Blis is renowned.
Job Responsibility:
Leverage existing and new relationships to build your own pipeline of opportunity
Target media agencies and their clients including agency planners, strategists, and programmatic teams
Convert pipeline and acquire new customers and accounts to achieve business targets
Create and lead sales presentations for your agencies and clients and for the team
Become an expert on Blis USP’s and best practices on the Blis platform, and offer insights to clients on how to improve their strategies and campaigns
Develop and implement quarterly business plans with weekly forecasting/pipeline management
Create market leading solutions and presentations for your clients
Build and maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
Have an active role and input in team strategy, company sales meetings and initiatives
Requirements:
Strong background in digital media sales and account management 3+yrs
Expert knowledge of digital media market, advertising, programmatic media and product & data offerings
Experience in working across an omnichannel offering that is inclusive of pDOOH, CTV, Digital Audio and Digital
Demonstrate an understanding of the needs and requirements of digital media strategists, planners and buyers
Currently working with digital teams within media agencies
Existing relationships within the Sydney media agency groups
Demonstrate ability and confidence to present to stakeholders and clients at all levels
A proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
Commitment to being a team player in a dynamic environment
