Sales Manager

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in both the UK and internationally
• Identify and secure new relationships and deals with retail, hospitality and ecommerce partners to expand our reach
• Collaborate with the founder and the wider cross-functional team ensuring that goals and objectives are both set and met
• Track sales performance looking at market trends and customer feedback to determine new company objectives
• Be a brand ambassador and represent the business at industry events, tastings and sustainability forums looking to spread the mission of the business
• Educate customers and partners on sustainable drinks and the benefits of low carbon packaging

• At least 2+ years of key experience within sales
• Can show you have a track record of hunting out and winning new business in your previous roles
• Worked within the FMCG space before
• Strong account managing experience across key national accounts
• Comfortable working at a fast-pace and getting results quickly
• Excellent at building and maintain people relationships
• Passionate about working for a scaling brand
