We are looking for a talented Sales Manager for a established MNC that specializes in pigments manufacturing services. Reporting to: Managing Director. Location: Penang. Excellent employee compensation and benefits.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, forecast, and report on sales performance, while preparing the annual budget and monthly sales forecasts for production planning
Manage finished goods inventory by monitoring stock levels, controlling stock aging, and ensuring acceptable turnover rates
Drive market expansion by visiting customers and providing weekly reports to the General Manager
Take responsibility for attaining budgeted sales quantities and provide decisive solutions to meet company objectives
Ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Sales Department
Maintain proactive communication channels with customers and various internal departments
Liaise and meet with subcontractors as necessary to support business and organizational development
Attend daily departmental meetings to highlight important issues and promote work improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience
Availability for regular business travel
Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in similar industries
