Job Description:

As a key Shieldpay Sales Manager, you don't just sell; you pull insight and sell trust. You will be a tenacious, strategic closer, mastering the psychology of relationships and the economics of risk to aggressively win new business and drive net new revenue. You will quickly master the client base to identify pain points and architect tailored solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Market Intelligence and Conquest: ruthlessly hunt for new business
Pipeline Generation and Ownership: aggressively drive net new revenue through proactive outbound prospecting
Payments Expertise and Advocacy: become the definitive Payments Expert and Shieldpay Ambassador
Operational Excellence: build momentum by efficiently collaborating across teams

Requirements:

Proven B2B enterprise sales hunter (ideally within Payments, Fintech, or Legal)
Expert at outbound prospecting
Fiercely target-driven
Powerful, adaptive communicator and active listener
Resilient, collaborative, and committed to constant improvement
