Provide competitive analysis for target/winning prices

Requirements:
More than 15 years of sales experience in India Automotive Industry
Experience of Electrification business wins from IOEMs is preferred
Pro-active and strategic thinking with sales-oriented mindset
Ability to build a longer-term growth strategy
Having good customer intimacy & negotiation skills for challenging task
Technical knowledge of engine controllers and electrification products like e-Motors, OBC/DCDC, Inverters and Power Modules and Xin1 systems
Having collaborative working attitude with other functional teams
Profound knowledge about India F & E market/customer trend
Transparent communication manner within the organization
