We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team who is passionate about driving revenue growth and developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting.
Job Responsibility:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction and business growth
Daily Reporting to the Leadership Team
Requirements:
5 - 8 years of prior experience in sales management in the construction & real Estate industry
Bachelor's/master’s degree in technology or relevant
Ability to generate Leads and connect to C-level executives
Understanding of Product/Module Functionality & the ability to demo independently
Ability to independently navigate the Sales lifecycle from Demo-> proposal -> negotiate -> closure
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with sales tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is crucial
Strategic Thinking: A sales manager should be able to think strategically and align sales goals with the overall business objectives. This involves understanding market trends, and competitor activities, and adapting strategies accordingly
Commitment & Reliability
Should be ready to travel locally / interstate to close the deals
