Recruiting top talent, providing rigorous training, maintaining peak motivation, and meticulously managing performance to ensure maximum productivity
Ensuring exceptional customer and client relationships, delivering a premium service and building strong connections by efficiently addressing all inquiries
Requirements:
A successful track record in residential property sales, consistently demonstrating the ability to exceed targets and drive revenue
Exceptional leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
Demonstrable success in securing property listings and winning instructions
A natural ability to build and nurture strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders
A proactive and strategic mindset for expanding market reach, consistently demonstrating the initiative to uncover and successfully convert new business opportunities
