The Sales Manager Ireland will be responsible for driving growth across the Irish market and take responsibility for selling capital equipment to their existing manufacturing/engineering customer base by leading the sales team, managing key accounts and developing winning sales strategies that are then executed by the expert engineered product sales team in country.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ successful people/sales management experience in Ireland
Worked for a distributor organisation or responsible for creating distributor partnerships that have yielded real revenue and gross margin
Responsible for growth of a sales organisation and can demonstrate a clear and consistent track record of €multi-million year on year growth
Have been a Business Development Manager, Head of Business Development, National Sales Manager, Head of Sales or Equivalent and have exceeded annual turnover expectations
