Job Description:

This client is a scale-up company providing integrated services and products in PV, energy storage and EV. As they continue to grow the business. they are seeking for experienced and committed Sales Manager to be the pioneer and head the team to success.

Job Responsibility:

Spearheading Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets within your area of expertise
Building Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their energy needs and offering tailored solutions
Driving Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our market reach and client base
Achieving Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning, execution, and performance monitoring

Requirements:

Bachelor degree graduate in engineering, sales or equivalent qualification
With proven experience and success in the similar industry
Experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve exceptional results
Capable of identifying new opportunities, have effective negotiation and good communication skills
