Job Responsibility:
Manage daily maintenance, relationship building, and strategic alignment with Key Accounts
Lead the development and acquisition of new business, identifying potential opportunities and successfully launching new projects
Achieve the annual sales targets set by the company, ensuring sustainable business growth and profitability
Closely monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing effective feedback for product and sales strategies
Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution from quotation to mass production
Requirements:
5+ years of sales experience in the automotive component industry (experience with passenger or commercial vehicle safety parts is a plus)
Proven track record in successful key account management, particularly in engaging with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) clients
Fluent spoken English is required for effective business communication with European/American headquarters and international customers
Familiarity with automotive project development processes (APQP, PPAP, etc.) and strong commercial negotiation skills
Excellent self-motivation and resilience to handle pressure, capable of thriving in an independent working environment

experience with passenger or commercial vehicle safety parts is a plus
