We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco! Reporting into the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for supporting the hotel sales strategies and assisting the Director of Sales in achieving business growth and profitability objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the hotel sales strategies
Assisting the Director of Sales in achieving business growth and profitability objectives
Assisting in the development of the annual marketing plan and budget
Reviewing market analysis and determining client needs
Fostering good communication and working productively with all Worldwide Sales Offices
Enhancing the hotel’s community image
Ensuring sales goals and incentive programs are implemented
Coordinating special sales activities, promotions, trips and trade shows
Managing key accounts and developing new relationships
Maximizing sales, grow business share and maintain the highest level of professionalism through the industry
Requirements:
Fluency in French, Arabic and English
Eligibility to work in Morocco
Well connected and have a strong presence within the hospitality, travel, and luxury arena
Ideally have pre-opening experience
Strategic, have a proactive approach, a strong drive for results, creativity in developing sales and marketing solutions
Proven track record of success
Strong sense of quality, an eye for detail, a collaborative nature, a passion for talent management and development
Exceptional presentation, communication and writing skills
Strategic, analytical, and having solid business acumen
