As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating FCM’s growth in one of its fastest‑growing markets.
Job Responsibility:
Own the full sales lifecycle, from identifying and engaging new prospects through to closing profitable, long‑term partnerships with Finnish small to mid‑sized organisations
Engage senior decision‑makers, deliver compelling value‑led proposals, and demonstrate how FCM’s market‑leading technology and service model help businesses perform better
Build a strong pipeline, increase FCM’s brand presence in the Finnish market, and contribute valuable local market insight to regional sales strategy
Requirements:
4+ years’ experience in B2B sales, including success in closing mid‑market or enterprise‑level contracts
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and close
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
An existing Finnish business network and the ability to secure senior‑level meetings
Fluency in Finnish and English
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce and a structured, data‑driven approach to pipeline management
A proactive, self‑driven mindset with the ambition to grow both personally and commercially
