Job Description:

We are a globally renowned sports and outdoor group, home to a portfolio of iconic performance-driven brands. As part of our ambitious growth strategy in China, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts for a heritage sports equipment brand known for its elite performance and timeless design.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets, leveraging market insights and consumer trends
Optimize performance across key accounts, specialty retailers, and e-commerce partners, ensuring brand representation aligns with premium positioning
Coach and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture and accountability
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners to expand market reach
Analyze sales metrics, inventory levels, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks, adjusting tactics as needed
Work closely with Marketing, Retail, and Supply Chain teams to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns and product launches

Requirements:

8+ years of sales experience in premium sports equipment, luxury retail, or consumer goods, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
Strong background in wholesale and distributor management, preferably within the sports or outdoor industry
Experience managing a team and working with cross-functional stakeholders
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable sales plans
Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
Deep understanding of the regional market dynamics and consumer behavior
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms
Passion for sports and lifestyle brands, with an eye for premium product storytelling
