A world-class manufacturer of workplace technology solutions is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Branch Sales Manager to spearhead its commercial expansion in the Greater Vancouver Area. Acting as a "player-coach," you will drive sales execution from the front, overseeing the direct sales function while maintaining your own business development pipeline. Job Responsibility
Lead, mentor, and actively coach the regional sales team through field joint-travel, pipeline reviews, and structured product training
Execute a disciplined B2B hunter strategy targeting medium-to-enterprise commercial accounts, driving market share expansion across the region
Analyze the existing regional Machine-in-Field (MIF) deployment within the first 90 days to split and map accounts equitably for maximum market penetration
Serve as the core leadership presence in the local branch, driving high-impact communication channels between sales, field service technicians, and administration to maximize customer retention
Track and forecast regional revenue targets utilizing the corporate CRM, ensuring branch profitability and strict compliance with corporate accounting guidelines
Requirements
Minimum 3–5+ years of direct business-to-business (B2B) sales experience within the managed print services (MPS), office automation, or copier/printer hardware manufacturing industries
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Team Lead, or Senior Player-Coach with demonstrated success in managing pipeline performance and hiring commercial reps
Sophisticated oral and written communication skills with the ability to confidently pivot value propositions between technical IT personnel, CIOs, and corporate owners
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
experience with CRM systems and structured project tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner) is highly valued
Valid driver's license and full readiness for daily regional travel across the Greater Vancouver Area and on-site branch engagement
