You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sales strategies while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Provide leadership and strategic direction for the sales team in France
Manage all sales activities to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets
Assess local business opportunities, prioritize territories, and develop specific business plans
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to gather market intelligence and contribute to country plans
Lead the sales team through target-setting, performance management, and training programs
Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent
Foster collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to support business goals
Optimize KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management and peer-to-peer education strategies
Develop and execute national and regional sales strategies tailored to specific territories
Ensure compliance with quality management policies and uphold company values
Maintain strong relationships with private healthcare providers
Travel as required, up to 50% of the time, including overnight or weekend travel
Requirements:
Relevant post-secondary degree and business experience
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales team management, ideally within oncology or specialty sectors
Strong track record in selling complex medical oncology products
Experience in marketing or managed care is advantageous
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Strong business acumen and communication skills at all organizational levels
Ability to work flexibly and manage KOL relationships effectively
Life science degree or clinical experience is a plus
