Job Description:

Randstad has recently partnered with cloud-based construction management software company in Malaysia. They are looking to hire a Sales Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibility:

Own and manage the sales pipeline from SQL to deal closure, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets
Conduct effective client discovery, solutioning, and champion building, leveraging a consultative sales approach to understand and address client needs
Apply industry-leading sales methodologies to identify, qualify, and close opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive business value and outcomes
Utilise strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges
Work independently and efficiently in a small sales team, demonstrating self-sufficiency and initiative

Requirements:

At least 6 years of B2B enterprise technology (consultative) sales experience or equivalent role focusing on deal-closing
Experience in construction technology or direct experience working in the construction industry is highly desirable
Direct sales experience in a start-up / scale-up is highly desirable
Proven track record of success, consistently over-performing against quota
Highly driven, highly organised, outcome-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong people skills with excellent communication in English and Mandarin
