Job Responsibility:
Managing major strategic accounts across the region
Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and negotiating customer contracts in line with the company’s overall sales strategy
Leading the Sales Team to achieve market targets, while fostering individual and team development
Coordinating the activities of all customer-facing functions to ensure a consistent and cohesive service experience
Monitoring competitive activity within accounts and sharing relevant insights with internal stakeholders
Ensuring sales targets align with national agreements and providing input for corrective actions when necessary
Requirements:
10+ years in Sales, preferably in heating or electric appliances via professional channels
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
