Sentinel Group Security (SGS) is seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven Sales Manager to support the strategic growth of our London portfolio. This role is focused on the generation of private sector opportunities through networking, relationship development, and market presence, with an emphasis on static guarding contracts as the core service offering.
Job Responsibility:
Generate new private sector business across London through networking and relationship development
Develop a pipeline aligned to revenue and margin targets
Promote SGS core services, with static guarding as the primary contract offering
Support bundled service opportunities where guarding remains the core element
Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events
Work collaboratively with senior sales and operational teams to convert opportunities
Requirements:
Previous Sales Experience – 2-3 years preferable
