Job Responsibility:
Manage the sales process from lead generation and site viewing to the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA)
Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional packages to hit high-volume targets
Lead, mentor, and motivate an internal sales team and external real estate agencies to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded
Conduct regular product briefings and sales training to ensure the team can handle complex buyer inquiries and high-stakes negotiations
Provide weekly sales performance reports and forecasts to the Senior Management team
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate Management, or a relevant field is required
Minimum 8 years in Property Sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a reputable developer
Demonstrate strong knowledge and proven experience in strategic sales management and coordination
