Job Responsibility:
Inspire and guide a sales team through training, coaching, and consistent support to achieve and exceed sales goals
Continue driving personal sales by providing exceptional service and educating homebuyers throughout the home-building and purchasing journey
Leverage marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, build relationships with local Realtors, and drive customer traffic
Work closely with builder partners to present quarterly business plans and align on community sales goals
Maintain a welcoming, top-notch model home environment that enhances the customer experience
Requirements:
Must be able to work onsite during business hours, including weekends
Proven success in new home sales or a high-performance, customer-facing sales environment. 4+ years of professional experience preferred
Effective communication, strategic thinking, time management, and problem-solving
Strong interest in mentorship and coaching, with the drive to grow into a Sales Manager role in the near term
Advanced computer skills, including CRM tools, Zoom, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
A real estate license is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current liability insurance. A background check will be conducted.
