Job Responsibility:

  • Inspire and guide a sales team through training, coaching, and consistent support to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Continue driving personal sales by providing exceptional service and educating homebuyers throughout the home-building and purchasing journey
  • Leverage marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, build relationships with local Realtors, and drive customer traffic
  • Work closely with builder partners to present quarterly business plans and align on community sales goals
  • Maintain a welcoming, top-notch model home environment that enhances the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work onsite during business hours, including weekends
  • Proven success in new home sales or a high-performance, customer-facing sales environment. 4+ years of professional experience preferred
  • Effective communication, strategic thinking, time management, and problem-solving
  • Strong interest in mentorship and coaching, with the drive to grow into a Sales Manager role in the near term
  • Advanced computer skills, including CRM tools, Zoom, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
  • A real estate license is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current liability insurance. A background check will be conducted.
